Each class is 50 minutes long. We start class off with a 10 minute group warm up and then two 20 minute lessons. Participants will receive 20 minutes of lesson time and 20 minutes of practice time each week. If you are not in the first group, you will have 20 minutes of practice time and then you will have your lesson in the second half of the session. If you are in the first lesson group, the second half of the session time will be your practice time.
