You've purchased tickets but need to change them to another date. Ticket changes can happen up 48 hours in advance of the event you wish to attend. To change your ticket time please follow the steps below: 

  1. Email Ticketing@theiceplex.us with the subject "Ticket Change"
  2. Please make sure to include the first and last name of the person who completed the transaction, along with the exact date and time of another session you would like the tickets transferred too.
