Advance tickets are not required to participate in a Public Skating session at The Iceplex. If for any reason you do not have a bank card to pre purchase tickets online, guests must call customer service at 585-424-4625 to order over the phone.  However, we suggest you purchase advance tickets to public skating sessions (especially in the busy months from November-March) as there is a capacity per session and typically sell out.
